Jos Metropolitan Council

Jos Metropolitan Council is a large metropolitan council in the North-East region of Nigeria. It comprises of 7 Central Councils namely: Bauchi (with 5 Particular Councils and 24 Conferences), Jalingo (with 15 Conferences), Jos (with 5 Particular Councils and 34 Conferences), Maiduguri, Pankshin (with 11 Conferences), Shendan (with 4 Particular Councils and 17 Conferences), and Yola (with 5 Particular Councils and 24 Conferences).

All together, the metropolitan council has over 125 Conferences and more than 190 Adoptees with exception of Maiduguri where there are no activities due to insurgencies.
