Dear youths,
Its that time of the year again, and we are set to gather for the 22nd Annual Youth Convention/Rally.
Abuja 2019
As we prepare from our various regions, kindly note the following.
Venue:
Our Lady of Apostle Girls’ College Akwanga, Nasarawa State.
Along Keffi-Abuja road behind St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Akwanga.
Date:
Thursday, 29th August to Sunday, 1st September 2019.
Theme:
Rebuilding the broken walls.
Registration:
N3,000/delegates.
N15,000/Metro levy.

√Vincentian National uniform or buy the 2019 theme shirt.

LITURGICAL ACTIVITIES
Willing delegates are to join one of these sessions and participate during liturgical activities.
_*Note* that every Metro must participate for these_

√Praise Singers (Praise night)
Competitions
During the event, we shall have the following competitive events:
Quiz Competition
2 delegate/Metro.
Area of focus will be published.
Sawdrill Competition
1 delegate/Metro.
Catholic Good News Bible to be used.
*Note* that although not competitive, every Metro is expected to give at least one standard social presentation (Drama/Dance/Comedy/Songs etc)
Feeding
A laid out meal table will be published (See Below) for our stay, delegates are to kindly review it and where wanting, kindly make personal provisional arrangement while coming.

Security
All Metro Coordinators are to orientate all their delegates.
Any participant that defaults the convention rules and regulations shall be *PENALIZED*. The Coordinator of that Metro shall be queried.
Health
All Metro Coordinators are advised to be updated on the health status of their delegates and also notify the National Youth Executives
First Aid kits will be available and a mini clinic will be on standby .
